• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• The management reserves the right to accept or deny bookings at its discretion.

3. Usage of Premises

• The premises must be used only for the purpose mentioned at the time of booking (e.g., wedding, reception, corporate event, etc.).
• No illegal activities or activities violating local laws will be permitted.
• The customer is responsible for the conduct of guests and vendors.

4. Event Timings

• All events must begin and end at the time agreed upon in the booking.
• Overtime will incur additional charges as per hall policy.

5. Maintenance & Damage

• The customer shall ensure that the property, furniture, lighting, and other amenities are not damaged.
• Any damage caused will be chargeable to the customer.

6. Safety & Security

• CCTV surveillance is provided for safety, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Management is not liable for loss or theft of personal items.

7. Vendor Policies

• Customers may bring external decorators, caterers, or photographers with prior approval.
• All vendors must follow hall rules, including waste management and safety protocols.

8. Power Backup & Facilities

• The hall provides uninterrupted power backup and basic amenities.
• Management is not liable for issues beyond control such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to cancel or deny services to individuals or groups violating hall rules.
